Suresite Card Services, which provides services to many forecourts, has exceeded five million transactions a month for the first time.
Latest data shows it processed 5.4 million card transaction in one month representing more than £135m in value.
Operations co-ordinator Gill Ashworth said that with the continued expansion plans and confirmed contracts in place, it expected to break through the six million barrier in the next few months and then push through the seven million threshold soon after that.
Suresite chairman Geoff Oldham said: “We have steadily grown our card services over the past few years, developing our technology, growing our market share and continually improving our service to our clients.
