Gilbarco Veeder-Root has released an upgraded version of its Red Jacket 4" Submersible Turbine Pump range.

The new pumps fully comply with the latest ATEX European safety standards (ATEX Category 1 EN15268) through design enhancements of the entire unit.

The changes create three levels of safety protection covering motor safety, pump safety and reliability, and packer manifold safety that are designed to enable the Red Jacket Submersible Turbine Pump to operate safely in the highest risk conditions, including when a fuel tank runs dry and contains only vapours.
