A driver has been banned from an Asda supermarket after filling up his car at the petrol station while naked, according to a report on SWNS.com.

Liam Marsh stripped off and posed for a picture at the Asda forecourt in Yeovil, Somerset.

He posed for the picture because he wanted to post it on a Facebook group called Petrol Pump Stances.

The site encourages motorists to share photographs of themselves pulling funny poses while at filling stations.

Marsh thought he would get away with the prank as it was 1am and the supermarket was closed, but Asda reported him to the police for indecent exposure and banned him for life.

His vehicle details were caught on the forecourt’s CCTV cameras and he was pulled over by the police the following day.

Avon and Somerset Police confirmed they had spoken to a man about the incident and said Asda did not wish to pursue the matter any further.

An Asda spokesman said: “Petrol stations can be a dangerous place and this was just a joke too far.”
