A forecourt flasher who was caught running naked from a petrol station after terrifying a woman driver, has pleaded guilty to five offences.

According to the Northampton Chronicle & Echo, businessman Shaun Lovesey, aged 46, admitted repeatedly exposing himself to women at Tesco Mereway petrol station last October and November.

He was finally caught – after a naked chase across the forecourt – by a plain clothes police officer.

The court heard how Lovesey would typically emerge from bushes on the edge of the forecourt, between midnight and 1am, either with his trousers undone or completely naked, and perform a sex act while looking at female customers.

Lovesey, who pleaded guilty to four offences and accepted a fifth of a similar nature, was committed to Northampton Crown Court for sentencing. He has been banned from visiting Tesco Mereway, its car park, petrol station and surrounding area. He was also issued with a curfew between the hours of 7.30pm and 6am.
