Coca-Cola Enterprises has launched a new sub-brand for Fanta.

Called Fanta Beach, the drink will initially be available in a strawberry & kiwi flavour which contains natural flavourings. Further variants are planned for 2012.

Fanta Beach comes in single 330ml cans and multipacks, 500ml and 2ltr bottles. The launch will be supported by a new TV ad set on Miami Beach, which will be screened later this summer. In addition, a new ad for the Fanta brand is currently being screened on TV and in cinemas plus there’s a sampling campaign.

According to Nielsen stats, Fanta is the number one brand in the flavoured carbonates sector, worth £99m.
