Top 50 indie MRH (GB) Ltd has given WashTec a new and extended three-year contract to maintain a substantial part of its fleet of rollover and jet wash equipment.
According to WashTec, this includes a large number of Christ car washes, which were formerly maintained by Wilcomatic.
Commenting on the new contract, MRH engineering manager Graham Mackman, says: "As the largest independent forecourt operator in the UK, efficient operation of all parts of our business is essential to the MRH group.
"This contract award is the culmination of an extensive process and we are pleased to be working with WashTec and have high expectations for the contribution it will make to our business."
WashTec added that the new contract continued a period of strong growth for its maintenance business.
The signing between WashTec and MRH follows the renewal of a major service contract from BP.
