The Cardsave Group has unveiled plans to expand further into the forecourt business and increase its transaction levels.

The announcement came as Cardsave completed a deal for an undisclosed sum to buy the UK terminal hire business of global data communications company Transaction Network Services (TNS). The TNS business provides terminals to petrol stations across the country. Cardsave provides credit card processing to 36,000 customers who take more than £2.7bn in card payments a year.
