Red Bull has revealed plans to roll out its new 473ml can to the wholesale channel.

According to the energy drink company, the move comes on the back of the successful launch of the bigger can earlier this year - it adds that it has become the best-selling big can energy drink around.

Matt Hollier, Red Bull head of off trade, says: "To have overtaken all the 500ml energy drinks so soon after launch is testament to the strength of the brand and clearly shows consumers have taken to this new Red Bull format."
