Paramedics had to deal with two separate incidents on the same forecourt within one hour of each other. The accidents happened on a Morrison’s forecourt at Coventry’s Alvis Retail Park.

In the first one, a woman suffered serious leg, back, arm and shoulder injuries after another car collided with hers as she got out to fill up. As she was being stabilised by a paramedic, a car crashed through a hedge on the forecourt. The 70-year-old driver was treated at the scene.
