FORECOURT MARKET DATA COMPANY CATALIST will be running a daily prize draw for a one year’s subscription to its PriceViewer service at the International Forecourt and Fuel Equipment Show this month. A MEETING FOR PETROL RETAILERS with businesses in the north and west of rural Scotland, who are concerned about attracting oil companies to supply their businesses, is to be hosted by the Petrol Retailers’ Association in Inverness this month. Their concerns were initially expressed to the PRA last year during events the association held for retailers in Edinburgh and Bridge of Allen. A subsequent announcement by BP that its Grangemouth Refinery was to be sold, confirmed retailer fears about future supplies. PRA director Ray Holloway, consequently organised a meeting to discuss and find a solution to the problems, as well as give some advice about business grants.

SHELL has signed an exclusive contract with independent cash machine provider, TRM. The deal will see up to 250 TRM cash machines installed at Shell-owned forecourts across the UK. West Sussex-based TRM is supplying space-saving ‘POD’ designs, using the latest high-speed communications technology and ink-dye protection systems.
