Euro Garages has made a key appointment to its management team to further its ambitions of growth in Europe.
Imraan Patel has become first group general counsel and company secretary, effective immediately. He has joined the executive board and has ultimate responsibility for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters at the group, including the corporate secretariat.
Imraan brings almost 15 years’ experience of leading and managing complex, frequently high profile transactions in Fortune Global 500 companies to the group. Most recently, he served as head of legal and a member of the leadership team at the Orange Mobile Enterprise unit of Paris-based Orange group.
Commenting on his appointment, Patel said: “I’m thrilled to have joined Euro Garages at such an exciting time in the company’s history. It is already an impressive business that has seen huge growth since it was established. I look forward to working with the talented team here as we look to taking the Euro Garages experience to more people and communities both within and outside the UK.”
