Forecourt retailers are being urged to voice their concerns about rising employment costs, as the government prepares to introduce a number of employee-friendly measures.
The Association of Convenience Stores is running a campaign focusing on the potential impact of extending paid holidays, introducing compulsory employer pension contributions and any further increases in the National Minimum Wage.Retailers in the convenience sector are being asked to write to their MPs to explain how much pressure these measures could put on their business.
